Abstract


The aim of this article is to bring to light the educational value of narrative imagination to reveal how the emotions aroused through reading open avenues for redefining one's own existence. To this end, Mary Shelley's text Frankenstein or the modern Prometheus has been taken as an exemplary investigation of the imagination of the opposite.
