Cary A. Greenwood (PhD, U. Oregon) APR, Fellow PRSA, is Associate Director for Public Relations Research for the Debiasing and Lay Informatics (DaLI) Lab at the Center for Applied Social Research at the University of Oklahoma. She recently held an appointment as Assistant Professor at Middle Tennessee State University, Tennessee. She specializes in whistleblowing, evolutionary theory, corporate social responsibility, ethics and compliance, and organization-public relationships. She is under contract to Routledge for Public Relations and Whistleblowing: Golden Handcuffs in Corporate Wrongdoing. Recent publications include “Evolutionary Theory: The Missing Link for Conceptualizing Public Relations,” “Whistleblowing in the Fortune 1000: What Practitioners Told Us about Wrongdoing in Corporations in a Pilot Study,” “Golden Handcuffs in The Fortune 1000? An Employee-Organization Relationship Survey of Public Relations Executives and Practitioners in the Largest Companies,” and “Communicating Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Stakeholder Responsiveness and Engagement Strategy to Achieve CSR Goals” (with Joon Soo Lim).
