The Electronic Journal of Applied Statistical Analysis (EJASA) is an international OPEN ACCESS and peer-reviewed journal, published half-yearly (until 2009 annually) articles which contribute new research ideas in all areas of the statistical science including social and economical applications, theoretical or computational papers related to probability or statistics. All the papers in the EJASA are refereed papers by two international reviewers.
Its scope is to promote study and research in all fields of statistics and to contribute to the diffusion of the statistical thinking culture.
In addition, special issues dedicated to a specific topic will also be published on EJASA.

PUBLICATION HISTORY
In 2015 Electronic Journal of Applied Statistical Analysis: Decision Support Systems and Services Evaluation (ISSN 2037-3627) was absorbed into Electronic Journal of Applied Statistical Analysis (ISSN 2070-5948)

FOR THE AUTHORS
Publication in EJASA is free of charge. The submitted papers are accepted only in English describing original research not published nor currently under review by other journals. Parallel submissions will not be accepted.
All submitted papers, if relevant to the themes and objectives of the journal, will go through two rounds of an external peer-review process.

Special Issue: Inference and Sampling (INF2021)

A Special Issue of EJASA (open access journal indexed in SCOPUS and Thomson Reuters Web of ScienceTM Core Collection - Emerging Sources Citation Index) is devoted to to Inference and Sampling in Statistics.
Recently, the need to solve real-world problems has increased the need for mathematics skills. Moreover, real-world problems are usually not determinate but are affected by random phenomena. Therefore, the statistical modeling of environments often plays an important role in solving real-world applications mathematically. Due to the complicities of models, closed forms of solutions cannot usually be established.  Therefore, computation and simulation technologies are needed. In this Special Issue, articles concerning mathematical or statistical modeling that require computation and simulation skills are particularly welcome.
