Andrè flat flocks
Abstract
It is shown that the every plane of the class of Andrè planes of order
corresponds to a flat flock of a Segre variety Sn-1,n-1 over
if and only if n is divisible by
. In addition, there are large numbers of generalized Andrè planes onstructed that produce flat flocks.
