Nonviolenza e educazione alla pace: rileggere Aldo Capitini, con uno sguardo all'Agenda 2030 dell'Onu

Abstract

Aldo Capitini, anti-fascist philosopher, politician and pedagogist, was one of the first in Italy to theorize nonviolent thought. In this essay his work is used to underline the importance of an investment in education and school, in order to counter the spiral of "emotional illiteracy" that characterizes the current era, and to imagine a world characterized by peaceful relationships and a inclusive society respectful of the differences and the dignity of every human being, through the objectives of the UN 2030 Agenda.
