The paper analyzes the Γεωπονικόν written by Agapius Lando, Cretan monk of the 17th c. It describes the work's structure and the main features and presents extracts in Italian translation. The text of the Γεωπονικόν is recognized in a codex preserved in the Academy of Athens.
