Near-embeddings of the affine plane with 9 points into Desarguesian projective and affine planes

Abstract

Let 𝐶 be obtained from the affine plane with 9 points by removing at most 4 lines. We describe the embeddings of these configurations 𝐶 into Desarguesian planes.
