| 4. | Description | Abstract | Abstract – Despite the fact that the sea has been Raphael Brignetti’s essential figure, the greatest inspiration for his works, the indisputable main character of each of his stories, it is mistaken to define him simplistically as a "a sea writer". With works and tales that have nothing to do with the marine element, he demonstrated the great ability to spot the smallest variations of reality and to represent them in different ways thanks to a skillful manipulation of language and syntax, though keeping it firmly within his distinctive style. Beyond the confines of the sea, he discovers and represents with a polyhedral method a world of history, emotions, experience, hurts, and a path of misery – an original style that carries the mature works to an extraordinary lyrical dimension. The variety of themes converges with stylistic and linguistic experimentalism, showing a laborious process of linguistic and structural refinement where the pragmatic value of each element represents the final goal. Abstract - Nonostante il mare sia stato per Raffaello Brignetti la sua cifra esistenziale, il maggior ispiratore delle sue opere, il protagonista indiscusso di ogni storia, tanto da ingabbiarlo nella riduttiva definizione di "scrittore di mare", egli dimostra, con opere e racconti, che nulla hanno a che fare con l'elemento equoreo, la grande capacità di cogliere ogni minima variazione della realtà, rappresentata in maniera sempre diversa grazie alla sapiente manipolazione della lingua e della sintassi, mantenendo, comunque, ferma la sua impronta stilistica. Oltre il confine del mare, infatti, egli scopre di poter rappresentare in modo poliedrico un mondo fatto di storie, di emozioni, di esperienze, di dolori, di miseria, attraverso uno stile originale che porterà le opere mature ad una straordinaria dimensione lirica. La varietà dei temi converge con lo sperimentalismo linguistico e stilistico, rappresentando un laborioso processo di affinamento linguistico e strutturale, dove il valore paradigmatico di ogni cosa rappresenta il fine ultimo di queste opere. |
